To be a "Legally Lazee BizOwner?"

What in bloody blue blazes is a Legally Lazee BizOwner?

And what the hell is a Beastie™?!?!?!?!

Legally Lazee BizOwners use the best systems, processes, techie stuff, documentation, checklists, tips, and the like to make sure they get to focus on what they LOVE most and DO best. Those boring old thangs that drive you crazeeeee are taken care of without you being there 24/7.

(OK, so "efficient" is the boring version of Legally Lazee BizOwner...how fun is that. Bleck.)

And a Beastie™ is anything that keeps you from being a Legally Lazee BizOwner!

Over the years, I’ve developed a bunch of different products (such as ebooks and mini courses) and some kick-ass programs to share what I’ve learned … much of it the proverbial hard way!

And when I speak, teach, or co-sult (a blend of coaching and consulting), I leverage the 30+ years of writing step-by-step instructions and 25+ years of consulting for big and small businesses to make sure YOU reach YOUR goals!

Check out the products and programs or click here to apply for the customized 1-on-1 consulting and coaching.

Consulting vs. Coaching

To many people there is a distinct "line" between consulting and coaching and figured a brief description would help you decide what you need:

  • Coaching is an "ask"
  • Consulting is a "tell."

See, promised it would be brief. (tee hee). If you need a bit more info:

A coaching example

I bet you're already familiar with coaching...sports being one of the easiest examples to relate to.

Coaches make suggestions (sometimes vociferously!), provide accountability, and help you break things down into actionable steps.

So how do you decide whether you want coaching or consulting? Let's say you're working through an issue of some sort and you want a partner to share ideas with, check out options, and help you pull that "right answer" out of yourself.

Then you want some accountability for getting those things done that you've committed to.

If this is you, coaching is more your thang, at least for the moment.

A consulting example

Since consulting is more of a "tell" agreement (even if not contractually), you're hiring that consultant to provide solutions, typically after asking a shit-ton of questions to make sure they're guiding you in the right direction.

Let's say you're a BizOwner who knows things in your Biz are whacked, impossible to maintain, and costing you an arm and a leg.

A consultant takes a look at what is happening in your business and provides solutions based on their expertise. Depending on who you hire, and the scope of work, they may provide suggestions on staffing, technology, and other BizSuccess-related topics.

Make sense?

Co-Sulting

One of the best descriptions about how I work with you 1-on-1 came from a client, who coined the term "co-sultant" because I routinely, and almost effortlessly, go between the two approaches, even during the same call! I want you to tell me what you need when you can...and when you can't we'll figure it out together.

My biggest passion is helping YOU get YOUR message into the world as a powerful BizOwner. Yet what I've learned is that so much of the stuff out there is incomplete and pulls you into their clutches using terms like "simple-and-easy" or "6-Figure."

(If that's what you want to hear, we're not a match and I, obviously, honor your choice.)

Wassup with the 'tude Mama, you dissing other service providers?

No, not directly, it's just that it's bullshit and I've bought enough courses to choke many bookshelves, max out way too many credit cards, and do my time in front of a bankruptcy judge.

I bought into the hype and don't want you to.

In fact, if I have my way, you'll learn from all the mistakes, screw ups, and naive belief in the marketing hype I allowed myself to fall victim to and become a Legally Lazee BizOwner, doing what YOU love most and do best.

No matter how much we love being a BizOwner, there are Beasties™ that keep us up at night, keep our bank accounts low, and the ability to reach those who need us even lower.

I want better for you, even if I don't use "simple, easy or 6-figures."

It's all do-able. One step at a time.

And that's what I'm about. Do-able steps to success, by YOUR definition.

About Coaching Options

Working with you in what I call my Private Chef programs is a great way for you to learn specifically what YOU need to learn. This is that "teach a person to fish" thang so you're not dependent on me (or anyone else) to get done what needs doin'.

We work together whatever tools work (maybe Zoom? Conference line? Something else?) and figure out where you are, where you want to go, and YOUR next do-able steps.

Oh, and the calls are recorded so you don't have to take massive notes while we're cooking up a solution.

This sound like the right solution for where you are right now? Excellent.

Private Cooking Classes are just that...private. We work together, creating a plan that serves your goals (heck, we can even set the goals first if you don't already have them).

From ingredients to recipes created to tickle the tastebuds of your ideal BizGuest, these are completely customized solutions to your goals.

I've held Private Cooking Classes for everything from changing your mindset (the basis of everything you do, Biz or otherwise), mastering techie shit, reviewing your processes, and a whole lot more.

Done For You (Catering)

The Catering service is for you if you want tell me about your vision, your goals, who you like to serve, and all the other details that drive you nuts. Then you go do what only you can do.

So ya know, we do meet together, especially at the beginning of the project and during the project to make sure I'm serving up what you envisioned.

All calls are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours so you can refer back to them when you need to.

My team will take care of the details for you. We'll research tools, approaches, and all that jazz, then I'll meet with you to discuss pros and cons of each solution or idea. Once you say "go" we'll get to gettin'.

(I once had someone refuse to even meet with me at the beginning of the project: that won't work or I could serve up all meat dishes when you're serving a raw foodies group!)

Like the Private Chef,  Catering services are unique to you and what you need to succeed.

A Bit of Advice (Snack)

Sometimes you just need a little bit of help...not a big long program or payment plan or anything. You need to bounce an idea off someone who's been there or you're confused about "which this or that" to do.

That's where the Snack comes in. It's a 45 minute call (recorded, of course) where we find a solution to your most pressing problem at the moment.

You'll let me know upfront what you need a hand with so your call is uber-focused and gives  you what you need to move forward (plus you get a nifttee list of next do-able steps so you don't forget).

Need a bit of advice? That's arrsome. Pop over here and get started.

What about the techie stuff?

Ah, that thang that's supposed to help us get to the Legally Lazee status quickly and easily, eh?

Even with over 30 years of experience in the techie world, I have stuff that stumps me, or flat out stops me in my tracks.

My belief is that techie stuff should serve YOU and YOUR business...not the other way around.

So, if you need a hand figuring out techie stuff, I'm all in. Maybe you need a hand with:

  • Finding the best tool for YOUR email list (not mine, not anyone else's)
  • Evaluating what tool fits your current budget and needs for the next year or two
  • Finding a tool that let's you do conference calls, webinars, teleseminars, and the like that doesn't cost an arm and a leg
  • Picking website tools that give you and your visitors a great experience
  • Revamping your current toolkit so things flow naturally instead of being forced to function "no matter what"
  • ...or maybe some "how to use" the tools you've already selected
  • ...or something else that's driving you bonkers

Technology is grand (when it works) and figuring out what to do to make it work is enough to drive even the most sane person postal!

Let's work together and get you back to living the life you dreamed of when you decided BizOwnership was your dream.

The "techie stuff" is usually part of the other options included here.

Why? 'Cuz the bloody stuff is actually part of how you get the title "Legally Lazee BizOwner™! And that's a good thang, yes?
